Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• We offer a 7-day return/refund for unused items in original packaging.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
